Langton Street Bridge

Langton Street Bridge, better known by Bristolian’s as the “Banana Bridge”

Structural strengthening of this pedestrian bridge is needed. The main contractor, Alan Griffiths contractors required an underslung access to carry out repairs with consideration to the 1:100 year flood level as determined by the environment agency.

A full scaffold to allow shot blasting remedial works, encapsulated by shrinkwrap. Will be split into 4 phases to reduce the wind leading on the existing bridge.
